If you have Dynamic Actions enabled in the Salesforce Lightning App BuilderπŸ”—, you won't be able to add buttons to trigger Tackle features in the Tackle - Salesforce Integration unless you take these extra steps. Since Dynamic Actions only applies to the record page that you're currently working on in Lightning App Builder, you won't see actions configured in the object's page layout.

  1. Follow the instructions to add buttons to trigger Tackle features.

  2. In Salesforce, go to the opportunity page where you want to add the buttons and click Edit page from the top navigation. The page opens in Lightning App Builder.

  3. Click to select the Highlights Panel (the top section of the page). A panel opens on the right.

  4. Scroll down under Actions and click Add action.

  5. Use the search bar to find the name of the button you want to add (like Create Offer), then click Add Filter if you want to add any filters for when you want this button to show.

  6. Click Done.

  7. Click Save in the top right corner of the screen.

  8. Click the back arrow to exit Lightning App Builder and you should be able to see the new button in your Highlights Panel of that page.
