Close Microsoft co-sell opportunities (Legacy)

Keeping your co-sell practice up to date and in order increases the likelihood that cloud partners will see you as having good potential for inbound opportunities.

  1. In Tackle, select Co-sell in the left menu and click an opportunity that you are ready to close.

  2. Select how you'd like to close the opportunity:
    ​

    1. Click Won to close the opportunity as won. This opens a pop-up where you can invite the cloud partner to accept this offer by answering a few questions, then click Register deal.

    2. Click Lost to close the opportunity as lost. This opens a pop-up where you can leave a reason for closing as lost, then click Close Lost.

  3. The status of the opportunity will change to Closed - Lost or Closed - Won.
