Important
Before you can create opportunities in bulk, you must have the
Field mapper completed first to create opportunities in bulk from Salesforce.
Salesforce permission Tackle for Salesforce - Full Access Co-sell to use this feature.
In Salesforce, go to Opportunities.
Find the opportunities you want to share. You can use the filters for specific search results.
To select all the opportunities you want to create a co-sell for, click the checkbox to the right of the opportunity.
Click Co-sell: Bulk Submit to the Clouds.
A view will pop-up and ask you to confirm the number of opportunities and to which cloud.
Click Bulk create co-sells to submit. Tackle will begin sharing the selected opportunities with the cloud provider.
If all deals were successfully shared, Tackle will confirm the submission was successful.
Note
If there is an error submitting any of the co-sells, we will confirm the number that were successfully submitted. You will see a pop-up notification and can view a report of all co-sells that had errors.
If all the opportunities could not be submitted due to a cloud provider error, you will see an error message and be asked to try again.
