You must link your co-sell referrals to your Salesforce referrals to ensure your Microsoft commercial marketplace co-sells are in sync with your Salesforce referrals through unique IDs. Ensure you export existing IDs and then bulk link by uploading your CSV file.

If you're migrating to the new Tackle for Salesforce experience, relinking is necessary to ensure your co-sells align to the latest updates from Tackle and Microsoft. Once this process is finished, youβll see your co-sell referral information aligned to your salesforce opportunities.
Export existing IDs linking Salesforce opportunities to co-sell referrals from Legacy Salesforce
You'll need to export existing IDs that link your Salesforce opportunities to your co-sell referrals from the Legacy Salesforce application. To get the export needed for bulk linking from the app, go to Salesforce and create a report on the older version Tackle Co-sell object using the following filters:

Bulk link or relink Microsoft co-sell referrals
In Tackle, go to the left menu and click Account Settings.
Click the Co-Sell tab and then click Microsoft > Bulk link co-sell referrals to Salesforce opportunities.

The Link existing co-sell referrals page opens.
βDrag and drop your CSV file to the page or upload your file from your computer.
βImportant: Your CVS file must include the following columns:
βCloud ID
Salesforce ID
Title (optional)

After you submit the file, the linking occurs automatically. You can track the progress in the table beneath the gray upload box.

βNote: If an error occurs during bulk linking, Tackle will provide a link to an error report. Click the arrow next to the report status to download the report.
βAfter the process is finished, all existing co-sells will be linked again and the linked co-sells will show in the Tackle for Salesforce view in Salesforce.
