Enable Tackle's co-sell features within your Tackle - Salesforce integration

Co-selling with Tackle is best when you use the Tackle-Salesforce integration. Use this high-level view to aid and track your progress as you prepare to co-sell.

There are three workflows that need to be completed. If there is a blocker or delay on any step in a given workflow, you can begin work on another workflow. Remember to circle back and complete all workflows if you do, as all three are required to be completed.

Now that you're prepared with knowledge about your co-sell partner and have your Tackle - Salesforce integration fully set up, it's time to add co-sell to your integration.

Connect to cloud co-sell

Connecting to cloud co-sell allows you to receive, submit, and process opportunities via the app. If you have previously integrated or attempted to integrate a customer relationship management (CRM) tool with the marketplace, contact your Tackle representative for guidance specific to your situation before following the steps below.

Connect to cloud marketplace

Connecting to the cloud marketplace allows you to receive reporting data through Tackle and create private offers via the app (if configured). If you are an existing Tackle customer, these steps may already be completed.
