Important

To import an AWS Marketplace listing, you must be connected to the cloud marketplace that has your existing listings. Currently, Tackle supports imports from the AWS Marketplace and Microsoft commercial marketplace. Make sure you are connected to the cloud before you initiate an import.

You can import any SaaS products that have a marketplace status of Public, Limited or Restricted. Products that have a status of Draft are currently not importable. Alternatively, you can create listings directly in Tackle.

To import AWS Marketplace listings:

  1. In Tackle, go to the left menu and click ListingsπŸ”—.

  2. Click Import from marketplace.

Note: If this is your first listing with Tackle, you will see a pop-up that confirms you are connected to the marketplace; tells you how many listings are visible to Tackle; and gives you the option to either create or import one or more listings.

  3. In the Import your listings into Tackle pop-up, select which listing(s) you want to import by clicking the checkboxes, then click Import.

  4. While the listing is importing you will see a progress message. A green banner confirms a successful import.

  5. Verify your import by clicking Listings in the left menu, and look for a listing with the same name. Click the listing to see the imported content.

  6. If your listing has a marketplace status of Limited or Public, you can now use Tackle to create a private offer.
