Co-sell statuses in Tackle show you the current state of each Microsoft co-sell opportunity. You can view them in Tackle or through the Tackle for Salesforce integration. Use the filter to find the ones you need for your business.

View Microsoft co-sell status in Tackle
In Tackle, click Co-sell in the left menu to see a list of opportunities with their statuses. Use the dropdown field at the top to filter by status.
View Microsoft co-sell status in Salesforce
By default, Tackle statuses are visible in the Salesforce integration.
Tip
Your Salesforce admin can configure the Salesforce cloud stages and statuses to display marketplace statuses instead.
Statuses are visible in Salesforce under Tackle co-sell in the Co-Sell Status column.

You can also view statuses in Salesforce when viewing a co-sell opportunity.

Cloud stages in Salesforce are shown in the blue path settings bar. They are informed by the Tackle Co-sell status.
Microsoft co-sell statuses defined
This table shows the Tackle co-sell status names and how they relate to similar statuses used by the cloud marketplaces.

Expired | The co-sell request has expired. For AWS, this applies to inbound co-sell opportunities that have passed the 5-day time limit to accept. Note
Deprecated statuses like Pending Review (now Cloud Review) and Accept or Decline (now Action Required) are being retired. Additionally, opportunities awaiting internal approval now use Internal review instead of Draft.
Filter Microsoft co-sell opportunities
Find the Microsoft co-sell opportunity you are looking for by sorting or using the filter, search and sort in combination.
In Tackle, go to the left menu and click Co-sell to see a list of existing co-sell opportunities. For each opportunity you will see the buyer's company name with related details:
Origination (Source): Outbound opportunities come from you, inbound opportunities come from the cloud partner
Value: Expected monthly revenue of the opportunity
CRM ID: Corresponds to your CRM tool (like, Salesforce) and can be used to find the co-sell record
Cloud ID: The Cloud Partner's identifier for this co-sell opportunity.
Closing: The target close date for the opportunity
Statuses:
Draft: Co-sell opportunity is created (either in Tackle, or in Salesforce and submitted for approval in Tackle)
Pending review: Co-sell opportunity is waiting for cloud partner review
Action required: Check your email to respond to clarification questions from the cloud partner otherwise, the opportunity may be declined
Validation error: You need to fix an error the co-sell opportunity. Open the opportunity to see the error.
Accept or decline: Inbound opportunity waiting for you to accept or decline
Accepted: A request to co-sell has been accepted by you (inbound) or the cloud partner (outbound)
Declined: A request to co-sell has been declined by you (inbound) or the cloud partner (outbound)
Closed - Won: Co-sell opportunity has been closed as won
Closed - Lost: Opportunity has been closed as lost
Select the column headers to sort alphabetically or numerically by column content.
At the top of the page, use the Metadata search to enter keywords from any of the co-sell opportunity fields, or use the filters to show only opportunities with a particular origination, or status. Select Reset filters to remove the filter but maintain the search.
