Additional announcements

August 2024

  • Improved Co-sell update syncing from ACE to Tackle: Due to delays from AWS, some updates are received after the hourly update SLA. Previously, Tackle was unable to capture these delayed responses from ACE. This prevented Tackle from accurately reflecting either a success or error in a co-sell submission. We’ve adjusted our ability to capture late responses so we can keep Tackle and SFDC updated.

  • Co-sell feature deprecation: We have removed the .csv export feature for co-sell opportunities until we improve the experience.

July 2024

June 2024

  • Bookable artifacts now sent when a buyer accepts AWS future dated agreements (FDAs): You'll now receive a new and improved Private Offer Acceptance notification for AWS offers. This notification will include all of the pre-registration details and contract metadata from Tackle Offers. Additionally, the New Order email will continue to be sent at the start of the future dated agreement when the buyer is able to register. See an example notification below. • Intelligent description field for AWS Co-sell that uses AI available in Preview: In the Tackle Platform, you can now generate the Customer Business Problem (Project Description in ACE v13 and below) field using AI when creating AWS co-sells. This intelligent description capability is meant to help those that are new to co-sell establish a starting point for how to successfully formulate a description to be accepted by AWS, and allow mature co-sell users to submit co-sells more quickly by not having to write or template this field. Read how to create an AWS co-sell for guidance on using this feature.

This feature is being released in Private Preview in order to gather user feedback. If you would like to see if you are eligible for early access, please contact Tackle.
