Save a Microsoft co-sell opportunity as a draft: When creating a co-sell opportunity from the Tackle platform, you can now save as a draft to finish later.
Delete a Microsoft co-sell opportunity: When creating a co-sell opportunity, you can now delete drafts if you decide not to share or to clean up test submissions from Salesforce. This keeps your dashboard clean in the Tackle platform.
Updated co-sell labels in Tackle UI: This will ensure consistency across AWS and Microsoft.
Bug Fixes
Errors when launching a co-sell as closed won: The ISV accelerate program requires three fields to be completed. Validation was not enforced, so the launch failed when these fields were not completed. Validation has been added to prompt you to complete these fields.
Entitlement for co-sell intermittently failing: This blocked customers from onboarding as the entitlement wasn’t always being set correctly. This has now been resolved.
Sending an email to connect with the Cloud partner not working properly: Resolved an issue when launching the Contact sales rep button from the Tackle Platform in the Desktop Outlook version.
Removed duplicate phone number field in co-sell form.

Validation errors on historical Closed Lost ACE opportunities: Added logic to handle ACE opportunities with old invalid Closed Lost reasons. We no longer backfill ACE opportunities that are older than a year and are Closed to reduce noise.

Tackle Prospect Marketplace Insights: When in Tackle Prospect, you will now only see the Marketplace Insights card if your pipeline has 5% or more unique Highs for a marketplace in which you’re not listed. Co-sell Use Case invalid errors: Some users have seen Asian characters unexpectedly for Inbound co-sell opportunities from ACE. We put a fix in to accept these values to avoid errors while while ACE fixed the underlying issue on their side.

Prefilled dimensions and API name field available for AWS private offers: In support of the AWS updates to custom dimensions when you create a private offer and select an AWS listing in Tackle Offers, all of the dimensions tied to your listings, including any public and custom private dimensions, are now prefilled for you to select from. Additionally, you can add, change, or modify the API name for dimensions. Learn more about per product and payment schedules pricing when creating AWS private offers.
State/Province validation added for co-sell opportunities: ACE enforced strict validation on the State field which required the field value to be a defined picklist value. We added a feature to translate common abbreviations to the required picklist value and added clearer error messaging to help you fix the issue if the translation didn’t exist.

Bulk submissions can be sent directly to ACE: The approval process setting was not being applied properly to bulk submissions. Now you can send co-sell opportunities directly to ACE without having to individually approve each one.
Platform disconnection indicators added for Google Cloud and Microsoft: When using Tackle and you're disconnected from the platform, you will now see an alert to guide you on next steps to re-connect Tackle to the cloud provider. This helps to keep you updated and benefit from all the Tackle features and products.
Bugs Fixes
Removed postal code validation for inbound co-sell opportunities: Inbound co-sell opportunities from ACE were often missing postal code data, which caused issues when trying to accept the deal.
Edit required fields when data is missing from inbound co-sell opportunities: We have removed the restriction which stopped you from editing an inbound co-sell when data was missing from required fields.

Co-sell export maximum limit error message: We now inform you when you have reached the limit for exporting co-sell opportunities from the Tackle platform.
Removed the “Pending Review” intermediate step: When you edited a co-sell opportunity in Salesforce and Tackle, we would move it to Pending Review while we waited for AWS to respond. If they did not respond, the co-sell would get stuck in that state. We removed this step to stop these from getting stuck.
Improved the readability of the Tackle Platform co-sell list: You can now more easily read the list view for co-sell opportunities.
Bug Fixes
Added Expired status to Salesforce for inbound co-sell deals: When an ACE inbound deal from AWS had not been accepted within the 5 days period, it was showing an error. It will now move to Expired status instead to avoid confusion.

Backfill historic co-sell data: you can now backfill historical data from the past year to allow you to continue working on open opportunities from Salesforce or Tackle.
Import your AWS and Microsoft listings into Tackle: With the click of a button, you can now import drafted and published listings into Tackle to transfer the listing contents to Tackle for fast integrations.
AWS QuickLaunch Support (self-hosted registration only): AWS enhanced the customer purchase flow to enable faster account set-up and provisioning. Tackle adjusted for this improvement for self-hosted listings to ensure our customers can take advantage of feature.

Self-service Listing Edits: In the spirit of self-service and efficiency, you no longer need to reach out to Tackle Support to edit a listing. Now to edit, you can go to a listing and click the EDIT button to make and submit your changes. Additionally, other UI enhancements were made to complement this new feature.

Updated the Korea postal code validation for co-sell: Updated to accept 5 digits for Korean postal codes.
Co-sell opportunities getting stuck in Pending Review: When a co-sell failed to submit, it wasn’t getting set to Action Required properly. This has been resolved.

Added Tackle Prospect resources when new user: For those of you who haven’t scored accounts or are new to Tackle Prospect all together, you now see a list of added resources when in the Prospect home page and the same tools when in Tackle Dashboard. These added items include a short video and links to other documentation and best practices to help you get started right away. Learn more about marketplace scoring and best practices.
Export co-sell records from Tackle: In Tackle co-sell, you can now export a CSV based on your filters and search regardless of the pagination. Use this feature to select data for analysis and create your own custom reports.
Updated ACE connection onboarding steps: Additional instructions were added to provide more guidance to make it easier to connect to ACE and activate your integration.

CRM ID field missing from list view: Microsoft co-sell opportunities were missing CRM ID values in the co-sell list view. This is now resolved.

Quickly connect to AWS for co-selling: The onboarding experience to connect to AWS for co-selling has been improved and is now fully self-serviceable. You can add collaborators, test the connection and directly email your Salesforce admin with the setup steps for the Salesforce integration.

Microsoft Total Contract Value (TCV) in the New Order bookable artifact: In New Order email notifications for your Microsoft commercial marketplace listings, you now see a breakdown of the TCV. The breakdown includes plan(s), payment, price per payment, marketplace fee, and total contract value for new orders, making bookable artifacts a bit more useful to book your transactions. Keep an eye out for this update in your next Microsoft New Order notifications!

Added internal approval process for each marketplace for Tackle Co-sell: Now you can turn on an approval process for the AWS Marketplace and Microsoft commercial marketplace in Tackle > Account Settings > Co-sell. This is helpful if you are in different implementation stages or maturity levels for each cloud. Learn more about the co-sell approval requests in Tackle.
Single-domain scoring without the filter in Tackle Prospect: You can now score a single account at a time without having to create and update a file in Prospect. This saves you minutes for each account you want to score and no longer requires you to attach a file for one account. Score accounts in bulk or one at a time to start building your pipeline.

Add a reseller agreement to AWS partner private offers (CPPO) in Tackle: When creating an AWS partner offer in Tackle, you can now add a reseller agreement to your offer. Add your own custom contract or use the reseller contract from the AWS Marketplace (RCMP). Learn more about AWS reseller agreements and creating a partner private offer in Tackle.
Demographics data available on account rows in Tackle Prospect: This release rounds out the work to expose advanced demographics (industry, region and revenue size) accounts in Prospect. We previously released the ability to filter on and export these demographics, and now you can also view the data directly on the account rows. The data is visible for each account in Prospect and in exports.

Score breakdown chart updates in Tackle Prospect: The score breakdown chart now responds to applied Prospect filters, allowing you to see a visual overview of your filtered scored accounts as well as seeing your entire Prospect instance. Additionally, the chart now has tooltips that appear when you hover over each marketplace to more explicitly show the breakdown by number of accounts.

Create, track, and book Microsoft multiparty private offers (MPO) through Tackle: You can now create Microsoft multiparty private offers (MPOs) right from Tackle. Create multiparty private offers with discounted pricing for a partner from Tackle and Tackle creates the offer for you in Microsoft Partner Center. Once the partner adds their markup and the buyer accepts the offer, receive an acceptance notification from Tackle and a bookable receipt to book your MPO the same way you book direct deals.
Filter marketplace scoring by advanced demographics: You can now filter by the following demographics in Tackle Prospect: Account industry, region and revenue size. These demographics are also now automatically included in CSV exports of Prospect data. Learn more about marketplace scoring in Tackle Prospect.

View new High scores from the dashboard: You can now see specifically which accounts are newly scored as High from the Dashboard and from the Prospect page. Learn more about scoring in Tackle.
Click +# new High from the Dashboard to see a filtered view of pipeline scores with the most recent high scores for the selected marketplace.
Alternatively, click Prospect in the left menu, then use the High-New only filter to search for accounts recently scored as High across marketplaces.

View High scores from the dashboard: When you’re on the Tackle dashboard, you now see high score counts for each marketplace. This includes the ability to view new High scored accounts within the last 30 days from the dashboard, in addition to exporting scores and viewing suggested next steps and best practices.
File tab removed and File filter added: For a more connected experience in Tackle Prospect, the File view tab was removed and a File filter dropdown was added to the filters list when viewing accounts. The original data columns in the table that are uploaded with a file will persist in exports when using the new File filter.
Bug Fixes
Okta SSO: Set up was disabled for new customers due to a backend bug. This has now been resolved.
Offers error banner can be closed: When attempting to create a private offer on the cloud marketplace, if there was an error with the offer an error banner would appear at the top of the page that could not be closed. Now, once you’ve made your edits, you can close that error banner so it isn’t in the way.
AWS New Order Notification includes new pricing updates: On AWS new order notifications, the per user value was empty for payment models that were payment schedules. This has been fixed; now the contract value section reflects the pricing configuration that you set on the private offer.

Pipeline scores on dashboard and next steps: You can now see information about your pipeline scores on the Tackle dashboard. This includes next steps on what to do next and a best practices guide to build a strong pipeline and better strategize along the way. From the Tackle dashboard, you can also export your marketplace scores.
Export button enabled: We heard your feedback! Now the Export button on the Account tab in Prospect is enabled all of the time, not only when accounts in the table are selected. This lets you export your current view simply by clicking Export without having to select the accounts.
Score limit message when uploading accounts: When uploading accounts to score, if you have a score limit due to licensing, you now see a message in the Upload modal rather than seeing it after loading accounts. This helps inform you right away to take proper action and prevent errors.
Manage listings: You can now create and update a listing on the Listings page - click Listings in the left menu. Learn more about editing an existing listing.
Track listing status: Use listing statuses to track the lifecycle of a listing. Statuses are now visible on both the Listings page, and in the detail view for each listing.
Offers metadata: Contract metadata for offers is no longer visible in Account Settings. Manage contract metadata for offers by clicking the Advanced tab in a listing.
Connect to Tackle: You can now manage connections between the Tackle platform to the cloud marketplaces on the Account Settings page. In the left menu, click Account settings, then Marketplace.
Unified metering: Tackle consolidated metering endpoints for AWS and Google Cloud for creating usage records. Customers who have integrated with the legacy version of the API are being migrated to the new endpoint.
Known issues
Okta SSO: Set up has been disabled for new customers until a backend bug is resolved. There is no impact to organizations or users who have been enabled previously.

Set a payment model and billing term when pricing an AWS Marketplace offer: When setting pricing for an AWS private offer, you can now set a payment model. Your selection determines which fields you need to complete, eliminating room for error when you're creating an offer. Select a Billing term to determine the duration for the contract and you're set.
Add a payment schedule when creating an AWS Marketplace offer: As part of setting pricing and a payment model for an AWS offer, you can now create a payment schedule with many equal payments by entering a total contract value, contract duration, frequency of payments, and date of first payment. This prevents you from having to manually create 36+ payments for the same amount when setting payment for your offer.
View offer link for AWS agreement-based offers (ABO): When tracking an ABO in Tackle, you now see a View offer link. Once the offer is associate in Tackle, Tackle creates and displays the link you can click to instantly take you to the offer in AWS.
Filter offers by Offer Type: A new filter on the Offers home page now lets you filter your offers by Direct or Partner offers. Use the filter to view only the type of offer you want or all the offer types. This filter is also available for the CSV export.
View Users to Notify on accepted offers: You can now view every user to notify that was added to an offer on an accepted offer no matter how the email was added. Before when you viewed accepted offers, manually added email addresses were not visible and only users with a single sign-on (SSO) account were viewable. Hover over each name and copy to your clipboard or select Copy All.
Updated Offer ID card description: We updated the description on the Offer ID card when creating a direct offer, so it’s clear this value comes from the cloud marketplace and not something you need to make on your own.
Offer type displays in the auto-create widget: The type of offer you created is now clear in the auto-create widget on an offer. You now see language like Partner offer ready or Direct offer ready to let you know what kind of offer you’re looking at.
Updated error message if credit card expires during payment schedule: When the buyer’s credit card expires before one of the scheduled payments for an AWS private offer, you'll now see an updated error message. The message lets you know for which payments the buyer’s credit card will expire.
In Progress listings no longer appear in the new offer form: When you create a direct or partner offer, In Progress listings no longer appear in the listing selection, removing clutter and helping you find the published listings you want to use.
