This feature is an older version of the Tackle for Salesforce integration (versions 1.49 and earlier) that will soon no longer be supported. If you have questions or want to upgrade to the latest version, contact [email protected].
You can delete a private offer when transacting in Salesforce. This is helpful for when you cannot update or cancel an existing offer. Once you delete the offer, you can create a new one as needed.
Note: You will need permission to access the delete function for Tackle Offers in Salesforce. If you have issues or questions, contact your Salesforce administrator.
To delete an offer:
In Salesforce, find the account for the offer you want to delete.
Go to Tackle Offers and click the offer.
Go to the upper right dropdown menu and click Delete.
A confirmation pop-up appears.
Click Delete to confirm. A success message appears to let you know the offer was deleted.
