A list view is a reporting feature in Salesforce that displays all records from one Salesforce object in a single list, filtered by relevant data. Among the different reporting options included in Tackle for Salesforce, list views are the quickest and easiest to set up, with three useful list views already included when you install the latest package:

  • AWS Co-sell Invitations

  • Draft Offers

  • Cloud Errors

These pre-installed list views are especially useful because each one highlights a different kind of urgent item that needs attention or follow-up.

To learn more about list views, see this article from Salesforce: Work with List Views in Lightning Experience🔗.

How to access a list view in Salesforce

When you navigate to any Salesforce object, the list of records you see in the main panel is a list view. To switch between different list views in each object, click the down arrow icon next to the object name, then select your list view from the drop-down menu. To make that list view appear by default on the object, click the pin icon.
