Keeping your co-sell practice up to date and in order increases the likelihood that cloud partners will see you as having good potential for inbound opportunities.
To close an opportunity:
In Tackle, select Co-sell in the left menu and click an opportunity that you are ready to close.
Select how you'd like to close the opportunity:
Click Won to close the opportunity as won. This opens a pop-up where you can invite the cloud partner to accept this offer by answering a few questions, then click Register deal.
Click Lost to close the opportunity as lost. This opens a pop-up where you can leave a reason for closing as lost, then click Close Lost.
The status of the opportunity will change to Closed - Lost or Closed - Won.
Required fields to close an AWS co-sell
When closing an AWS co-sell, you are required to enter additional information whether or not you complete the SaaS documentation tab when launching a deal. The information required differs depending on the completion or incompleteness of this tab. See below to see what’s required for each use case.
