You can reconcile your bookings, including track things like which providers have paid for what Google Cloud products. Includes full invoice details and payment data of gross versus actual for your Tackle managed and non-managed Google Cloud listings. Additionally, you can export payment data at any time.
Before you begin
Required setup
To use Tackle Payments for the Google Cloud, you must first:
Enroll in the Detailed Disbursement report in Tackleπ.
Select the Detailed Disbursement report when connecting to the Google Cloud and setting up your payment profile.
Tackle and Google Cloud will only sync data from transactions beginning from when you connect your accounts, and will not import any historical data.
You will see your first Google Payments report by the 10th day of the month after you connected your accounts. For example, if you connected your accounts on May 4, you will receive your first report on June 10.
Good-to-knows
Currently, only the Paid status is available in Tackle Payments. A Paid status means that the disbursement for a specific payment has already occurred to the independent software vendor (ISV).
Payment data access is limited to the cloud marketplaces that you connect to reporting data. For access to all your marketplace payments, complete reporting connections in Tackle.
Google always pays the sellers. Payments from buyers are handled separately.
Google sends reports to Tackle by the 10th business day of every month for disbursements that occurred by the 21st of the previous month.
Customers will see historical payments data from the moment they are connected to reporting for Google Cloud (Detailed Disbursement Report).

View Google Cloud payments
In Tackle, go to the left menu and click Payments. Payments opens.
βClick the filter and select Google to view Google Cloud Marketplace payments only.
To view all your gross and actual disbursed revenue, click the Date field and select a date range.
You can also see all of your individual disbursed payments:

Click a payment to view full invoice details.

Tip: You can click the Group by toggle to ON to group by disbursement date and marketplace. This lets you see full marketplace disbursements and a breakdown of payments for each.
Export payment dataβ
To export all payment data, click the Export icon. A CSV file downloads to your computer.
