Reconcile Microsoft payments

As you’re transacting in Tackle, use Tackle Payments see a lump sum breakdown of your disbursed Microsoft commercial marketplace payments.

You can reconcile your bookings, including track things like which providers have paid for what Microsoft products. Includes full invoice details and payment data of gross versus actual for your Tackle managed and non-managed Microsoft listings. Additionally, you can export payment data at any time.

Good-to-knows

  • Currently, only the Paid status is available in Tackle Payments. A Paid status means that the disbursement for a specific payment has already occurred to the independent software vendor (ISV).​

  • Microsoft sends data to Tackle daily for the previous day.

  • Payment data access is limited to the cloud marketplaces that you connect to reporting data. For access to all your marketplace payments, complete reporting connections in Tackle.

  • Customers will see historical payments data from the moment they are connected to reporting for Microsoft.

View Microsoft payments

  1. In Tackle, go to the left menu and click Payments. Payments opens.

  2. Click the filter icon and select Microsoft to view Microsoft commercial marketplace payments only.

  3. To view all your gross and actual disbursed revenue, click the Date field and select a date range.

  4. You can also see all of your individual disbursed payments:

    • Use search or filter to view specific payments.

    • Click a payment to view full invoice details.

Tip

You can click the Group by toggle to ON to group by disbursement date and marketplace. This lets you see full marketplace disbursements and a breakdown of payments for each.

Export payment data

To export all payment data, click the Export icon. A CSV file downloads to your computer.
