Migrate to new Tackle Co-Sell experience

Start using the latest Co-Sell experience in Tackle to get the most recent enhancements and stay updated.

To experience the latest Tackle Co-Sell enhancements in Tackle and meet the requirements to ensure that your Tackle for Salesforce integration installs and operates successfully, migrate to the latest Co-Sell version.

Migrate to the new experience from the Co-Sell tab

  1. In Tackle, go to the left menu and click Co-Sell.

  2. On the Co-Sell homepage, you’ll see a blue banner to let you know you’re in the new Tackle Co-Sell user interface and give you access to the Legacy experience.
    Note: The Legacy experience is mainly for Microsoft Co-Sell and customers who have yet to upgrade to Tackle for Salesforce.

  3. Once you’re comfortable with the new Co-Sell experience, select the Do not show again checkbox to dismiss the banner permanently.

  4. The banner will disappear and the Legacy experience will be removed from your Tackle account. You can now co-sell through the new Co-Sell experience.

Migrate to the new experience from Co-Sell settings

  1. In Tackle, go to the left menu and click Account settings > Co-Sell > AWS. You’ll see updates to the Co-Sell onboarding requirements, including fewer steps to complete.
    Note: At the top of the page, you’ll see a blue banner to let you know you’re in the new Tackle Co-Sell user interface and give you access to the Legacy experience.

  2. Once you’re comfortable with the new Co-Sell experience, select the Do not show again checkbox to dismiss the banner permanently.

  3. The banner will disappear and the Legacy experience will be removed from your Tackle account. You can now co-sell through the new Co-Sell experience in both the Tackle platform and Tackle for Salesforce application.
