Troubleshoot Google Cloud co-sell sync errors

M
Written by Marien Sequera

When Tackle can't sync a co-sell record with Google Cloud, the record can fall out of date without an obvious signal. Tackle Co-Sell now surfaces these sync errors directly in the listing so you can find and diagnose them faster.

Find co-sells with errors

  1. In Tackle, go to Co-Sell.

  2. Click Filters. Under Conditions, set Errors to Has Google errors.

  3. Review the filtered list. Co-sells with a sync error display an error badge next to the record.

Tip: Hover over the error badge to see a short summary of the issue without opening the record.

View error details

  1. Open a co-sell record that has an error badge.

  2. Go to the Activity tab.

  3. Find the most recent sync error entry. It includes the error type, the date and time it occurred, and the full error detail from Google Cloud.

Use these details to identify what caused the sync to fail so you can correct the source data.
