Troubleshoot AWS co-sell sync errors

M
Written by Marien Sequera

When Tackle can't sync a co-sell record with AWS, the record can fall out of date without an obvious signal. Tackle Co-Sell now surfaces these sync errors directly in the listing so you can find and diagnose them faster.

Find co-sells with errors

  1. In Tackle, go to Co-Sell.

  2. Click Filters. Under Conditions, set Errors to Has AWS errors.

  3. Review the filtered list. Co-sells with a sync error display an error badge next to the record.

Tip: Hover over the error badge to see a short summary of the issue without

opening the record

View error details

  1. Open a co-sell record that has an error badge.

  2. Go to the Activity tab.

  3. Find the most recent sync error entry. It includes the error type, the date and time it occurred, and the full error detail from AWS.

Use these details to identify what caused the sync to fail — for example, a missing required field or a mismatched identifier — so you can correct the source data.
