You can amend a Google Cloud Marketplace private offer when you:

  • Have an existing agreement with a buyer and the buyer wants to renew or upgrade the product

  • Can't create a separate contract for the same buyer and product combination. For example, if the buyer is purchasing a separate product listing, you would create a new private offer. If it's for the same product, you would amend an existing agreement to renew.

About Google Cloud multiple orders: You may not need to amend offers for pre-existing flat-rate offers. Google allows sellers to create more than one private offer for the same product and buyer when using flat rate plans as part of the Google Cloud multiple orders featureπŸ”—. If your listing is enabled, you can create an additional direct offer in Tackle for your buyer without amending.

Amend a Google Cloud private offer

Amending Google Cloud private offers is currently not supported in Tackle. However, you can still amend an offer in the Google Cloud Marketplace and then import to associate it in Tackle to track it and receive enhanced notifications for booking purposes.

To amend an offer, go to the Google Cloud Producer Portal and follow these stepsπŸ”—. After, use the offer ID to import your direct offer or associate a partner offer in Tackle.
