Do public offers generate bookable artifacts?
Yes. Tackle sends new contract created notifications for public offers. These emails include core detail and pricing data but may not include the buyer’s company name if it is not available at the time of subscription.
Can I change marketplace-sourced fields in a bookable artifact?
No. Marketplace data fields such as contract IDs, offer IDs, cloud status, pricing, and contract dates are locked and cannot be edited in Tackle or Tackle for Salesforce. These fields can only be changed through an amendment in the marketplace, which creates a new agreement.
When does a bookable artifact exist for future dated agreements?
A bookable artifact is created as soon as the offer is accepted and the contract becomes active, even if the contract start date is in the future.
